Crypto-assets: the Autorité des Marchés Financiers warns the public about the activities of several unauthorized entities
The Autorité des Marchés Financiers has published a list of new websites offering crypto-assets or crypto-asset services illegally in France.
Since the beginning of 2025, the AMF has added 71 names to its list of unauthorized websites to offer crypto-assets or digital asset services in France.

Please note that this list is updated regularly but does not claim to be exhaustive, as new unauthorized actors appear regularly.
In order to ensure that an entity offering crypto-asset services is authorised to operate in France, the whitelist of digital asset service providers (DASP) and crypto-asset service providers (CASP) is available on the AMF website.
