The Autorité des Marchés Financiers publishes the list of new websites illegally offering cryptoassets or digital asset services in France.

Since June 5, 2024, The AMF has added 34 names to its list of unauthorized websites to offer cryptoassets.

The list of all the websites that are not authorised to offer cryptoassets or services based on digital assets is available on the AMF website (under: Warnings → Blacklists) and on the website of Assurance Banque Épargne Info Service (ABEIS) (under: Prévention arnaques → Listes noires et alertes des autorités).

Please note that this list is updated regularly but does not claim to be exhaustive, as new unauthorized or fraudulent actors appear regularly. In addition, the registration decisions issued by the AMF can be consulted on the AMF website.

In order to ensure that an entity offering digital asset services is authorised to operate in France, the white list of digital asset services providers is available on the AMF website.
