ESMA has selected Natasha Cazenave as candidate for executive director position
Natasha Cazenave, Deputy Secretary General, Head of the Policy and International Affairs at the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF), was chosen this morning to be the European Securities and Markets Authority's (ESMA) candidate to succeed Verena Ross, its Executive Director, whose term of office expires at the end of May.
This choice is subject to confirmation by the European Parliament.
If the Parliament confirms the Authority's choice, Natasha Cazenave would take up her post in May.
The AMF congratulates Natasha Cazenave on being selected. This choice is a tribute to her skills and talent and honours the institution.
