Michel Combes' terms of departure from Alcatel-Lucent: AMF letter and company reply

Following the debate caused by Michel Combes' departure from Alcatel-Lucent, the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) has published the letter sent to the company on 31 July 2015, within the scope of its annual work on the application of the AFEP-MEDEF Code. Alcatel-Lucent replied to the AMF on 31 August 2015. These letters can be downloaded below. Moreover, for information purposes, on the date of sending its letter, the AMF had not yet been informed of the non-compete indemnity, the agreement for which was published on the company's site on 3 August 2015.
