New key figures on the Enforcement Committee of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers

New members of the Enforcement Committee, the AMF's independent sanctioning body, have just been appointed by the various competent authorities.

By order of the minister of Finance and Public Accounts, dated 18 March 2015, Mrs Patricia Lazard Kodyra and Mr Christophe Lepitre were appointed members of the Enforcement Committee of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers.

As a reminder, the Enforcement Committee, the AMF's independent sanctioning body, comprises twelve members distinct from those of the Board:

  • four members of which two are appointed by the vice-president of the Council of State and two by the president of the Court of Cassation;
  • six members are appointed owing to their financial and legal expertise;
  • two are representatives of employees of investment firms.
