The AMF has decided to withdraw the authorisation of the asset management company Xerys Invest
The Board of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) has decided to withdraw the authorisation of the asset management company Xerys Invest in view of its situation.
On 7 May 2026, the AMF Board noted that Xerys Invest, which managed several alternative investment funds (AIFs), was no longer in compliance with the conditions of its authorisation. Therefore, pursuant to Article L. 532-10 of the Monetary and Financial Code, it decided to withdraw of its authorisation as an asset management company.
This withdrawal of authorisation will take effect on the date on which one or more asset management companies or managers, who are duly authorised to manage this type of AIF, have been appointed to manage the AIFs or, failing this, on the date on which the AIFs are liquidated, and no later than 31 December 2026, unless extended.
Liquidation proceedings have also been initiated against Xerys Invest with no continuation of activity, under a decision of the Paris Tribunal des Activités Economiques of 30 March 2026, which appointed Maitre Demortier as liquidator. The court-appointed liquidator and the AMF will do their utmost to ensure that the AIFs managed by Xerys Invest are transferred to other, volunteer asset management companies (or managers duly authorised to manage this type of AIF) under the best possible conditions.
The AMF has not appointed an agent to monitor Xerys Invest, as it is subject to liquidation proceedings with no continuation of activity.
