Article 29 of the Energy and Climate Law (29LEC): the French Treasury published FAQs in April 2024
The AMF encourages market participants subject to Decree 29LEC to read the FAQs published by the French Treasury in April 2024.
Following the 2nd round of publication, in 2023, of reports under 29LEC by ISPs (investment services providers), including portfolio asset management companies, various questions were raised with the French Treasury, which published FAQs in April 2024 on the Ministry's website.
These FAQs shed light on various aspects of the 29LEC reporting (scope of application, consolidation, interactions with EU sustainable finance regulations, etc.) and can be accessed under the ‘read more’ heading.
