The Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) announces withdrawal of the authorisation of the portfolio asset management company Wide Asset Management as of 8 July 2024

On 30 April 2024, the AMF Board noted that the asset management company Wide Asset Management was no longer complying with the terms of its authorisation and therefore decided to withdraw its authorisation.

This autorisation withdrawal was to take effect on the date on which another asset management company was appointed to manage the three undertakings for collective investment in transferable securities (UCITS) managed by Wide Asset Management or, failing that, on the date on which the said funds are liquidated. Between 30 April 2024 and 8 July 2024, liquidation operations have been carried out on the UCITS managed by Wide Asset Management.

The liquidation of the three UCITS, Ismo Prudent, Ismo Balanced and Ismo Dynamic, took effect on 8 July 2024.

Since 8 July 2024, the mission of the administrator appointed by the AMF, the company PMR Partners, represented by Mr. Guillaume d’Azémar de Fabrègues, its managing director, has come to an end and Wide Asset Management has not been acting as an asset management company anymore. Additionally, the Paris commercial court decided to put the company Wide Asset Management in judicial liquidation on 9 July 2024.
