Withdrawal of KOREGRAF's authorisation as a crowdfunding service provider
The Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) announces the withdrawal of KOREGRAF’s authorisation as a crowdfunding service provider at the latter's request.
KOREGRAF was granted an authorisation by the AMF on 14 November 2023, under approval number FP-2023-34, to provide crowdfunding services for financial securities. These services include (i) placing without firm commitment basis of transferable securities and admitted instruments for crowdfunding purposes, issued by project owners or a special purpose vehicle, and (ii) reception and transmission of client orders in relation to those transferable securities and admitted instruments for crowdfunding purposes).
On 22 April 2025, KOREGRAF requested the withdrawal of its authorisation from the AMF. On 20 May 2025, the Bordeaux Commercial Court ordered the liquidation of the company without continuation of its activities (Annonce n°3351 du BODACC A n°20250104 publié le 31/05/2025 – in French).
The AMF invites KOREGRAF's clients to contact CAPSENS, designated as the winding-up service provider under the business continuity plan provided for in Regulation (EU) 2020/1503, in order to monitor the repayment of their investments.
The withdrawal of KOREGRAF’s authorisation is effective as of 30 June 2025.
