This paper provides a summary of the responses to the AMF's discussion paper on decentralised finance (DeFi) which was published on 19 June 2023. Following the publication of its discussion paper, the AMF invited participants to share their comments to support the broader regulatory discussions on DeFi at the French, European and international levels.
