Sustainable finance: Progress to date and missing pieces: views from the regulator
As part of the European Commission's consultation on the renewed strategy for sustainable finance, the AMF takes stock of regulatory changes and observations made in recent months. The document details a number of proposals for an effective regulatory and supervisory framework for sustainable finance. The proposals focus on sustainable investment products on the one hand, and corporate reporting and ESG ratings on the other.
