2013 Ombudsman's Report

AMF Ombudsman Marielle Cohen-Branche presents the 2013 Ombudsman's report. The number of queries increased in 2013. Besides the recurring issues on marketing of unsuited financial products or execution of orders, 3 themes emerged: employee savings, the speculation on Forex and another mass claim relating to the same security. New subjects appeared such as: trading in warrants or certificates or stock market applications for smartphones, etc.
