2015 Ombudsman's Report

Marielle Cohen Branche, ombudsman of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF), published her 2015 annual report. This year again, figures rose. Beside the recurring topics, the ombudsman presented subjects regarding securities accounts, the Forex and employees savings schemes. Moreover, Marielle Cohen-Branche has been authorised by the Commission nationale d'évaluation et de contrôle de la médiation de la consommation under the transposition of the European directive on alternative dispute resolution for consumer disputes.
