2022 Priorities for the Autorité des Marchés Financiers

The AMF sets out in this document its priorities for action for 2022, the last year of implementing its five-year strategic plan #Supervision2022. In the context of a marked economic recovery and despite the continuing health crisis, the AMF’s actions will focus on four main areas in 2022: Europe, retail investment, sustainable finance and the continued modernization of its regulatory action.
