2022 Supervisory Priorities for the Autorité des Marchés Financiers
The AMF sets out in this document supervisory priorities for 2022 for asset management companies, market intermediaries and infrastructures, distributors and investment advisors. These 2022 priorities reflect the growing importance of European supervisory actions. The document notably lists the themes involving SPOT inspections, a new shorter format of inspections introduced in 2018 as part of the AMF’s strategic plan #Supervision2022.
