The AMF Ombudsman has disclosed its Annual Report. In 2018, the number of requests raised. The increase is even greater for requests received within the Ombudsman's jurisdiction. The cases relating to employee savings schemes and the difficulties of transferring equity savings plans remain important. Claims pertaining to speculative Forex, binary options continued to decline but some relating to investment in crypto-assets has emerged. 93% of proposals were followed by both parties.
