The AMF Ombudsman has disclosed its Annual Report. In 2019, the Ombudsman’s Office recorded a decrease in the number of requests received (-11%). The follow-up on the Ombudsman’s recommendation reached yet another record, even when there are not in favor of the applicant. Progress were achieved via the Law PACTE. And the consultation of the Ombudsman’s online diary, which each month anonymously analyses a mediation case, continues to grow (up 8% in 2019).
