In its 2022 annual report, the AMF Ombudsman points out an intense activity. The number of mediation requests received remains at the high level of 2021. Above all, the number of opinions issued reached a record: +30% compared to 2021 and a doubling compared to 2020. The personnal equity savings plan, employee savings, stock exchange orders and crypto-assets remain highly represented mediation themes in the cases handled.
