Supervisory priorities of the Autorité des marchés financiers for 2023
In this document, the AMF presents the supervisory themes for the year 2023 for professionals subject to its supervision working in the fields of asset management, intermediation and market infrastructures, as well as in the financial instruments’ distribution and investment advice. These priorities reflect the growth of a EU-level supervisory work. The document lists in particular the topics that will be the subject of SPOT inspections and the priority supervision themes.
