Guide on new rules for the funding of research within MiFID 2

The purpose of this Guide is to support all the relevant stakeholders in the implementation of the new research funding measures coming from MiFID 2 and to respond to a number of their questions. Scope of application, the research definition, corporate access or a research budget's operation, are key topics of this new regime, upon which the AMF has chosen to focus.
