Summary of the 2022 report on corporate governance and executive compensation in listed companies
The AMF reviews the functioning of the Annual General Meetings held during the past year, and in particular on the "climate resolutions". It then analyses the information published by companies listed on a regulated market, in particular in relation to the consideration of social and environmental responsibility by the Board of Directors. For the third year, the AMF devotes the last part of the report to voting advisors.
