Annual report on corporate governance, executive compensation, internal control and risk management
The AMF's 2017 annual report on corporate governance, executive compensation, internal control and risk management in listed companies reviews recent developments in these areas at both the national and international level. It also discusses the representation of women, business relationships, director independence, management of conflicts of interest and the treatment of the different components of compensation paid to executives. Drawing on its observations of corporate practices, the AMF puts forward recommendations for companies and calls on the professional associations to amend their code.
