Assessment of the observance by Euroclear France central security depositary and its security settlement system ESES France of the CPMI-IOSCO principles

The observance of the CPMI-IOSCO principles by the French central security depositary (CSD) Euroclear France and its security settlement system ESES France has been assessed by the French Market Authority and Banque de France in the context of a joint assessment by the French, Belgian and Dutch authorities.
