Publication by the Climate and Sustainable Finance Commission: climate resolutions
The Climate and Sustainable Finance Commission (CCFD) publishes its position on climate resolutions. In a context where the climate is increasingly becoming an issue of dialogue between companies and their shareholders, the members of the CCFD formulate five recommendations aimed at changing the current framework, both for resolutions filed by shareholders and for resolutions placed on the agenda of general meetings by companies.
