Report by the Autorité des Marchés Financiers on shareholder activism

As a follow-up to the reports published in 2019 on the subject of shareholder activism, the AMF intends to use this communication to contribute to the debate. In this document, the regulator makes several targeted proposals to improve transparency and dialogue between issuers and shareholders.
