Report on socially responsible investment in collective investment schemes

Following the previous SRI report published in 2015, this report draws up an assessment of practices in marketing of SRI funds in France. It formulates good practices and recommendations on the information to be included in the commercial and legal documentation of collective investment schemes as well as on the coherence, accessibility and reliability of the information made available to investors. Finally, it reviews the application of the provisions of Article 173 of the Energy Transition for Green Growth Act, which requires asset managers to disclose how they take into account environmental, social and governance criteria in their investment policy.
