Summary of SPOT inspections of crowdfunding service providers (CSPs)

As announced in its 2025 supervisory priorities, the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) has conducted a series of short thematic inspections (SPOTs) covering five crowdfunding service providers (CSPs). The campaign aimed to assess the quality of the systems put in place by these CSPs with regard to the entry knowledge test, the simulation of investors’ ability to bear losses, the verification of key investment information sheets (KIISs), complaints handling, governance and internal control. The inspections covered the period from 1 January 2023, or from the date of the CSP’s authorisation if later, to 31 December 2025.
