As announced in its supervisory priorities for 2023 the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) has conducted a SPOT (Supervision of Operational and Thematic Practices) inspection campaign of the financial management delegation arrangements of five portfolio asset management companies. These inspections simultaneously covered management delegations conferred and accepted, and both collective and individual investment management, with greater attention paid to the management delegations conferred, insofar as these are based on dedicated professional obligations.
