As announced in its supervisory priorities for 2023, the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) has conducted a SPOT (Supervision of Operational and Thematic Practices) inspection campaign on the system for integrating sustainability risksand for making the related disclosures under regulation No. 2019/2088, the so-called "SFDR" implemented by portfolio asset management companies.
