Summary of SPOT inspections on the integration of sustainability risks and related disclosures by portfolio asset management companies
As announced in its supervisory priorities for 2023, the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) has conducted a SPOT (Supervision of Operational and Thematic Practices) inspection campaign on the system for integrating sustainability risksand for making the related disclosures under regulation No. 2019/2088, the so-called "SFDR" implemented by portfolio asset management companies.
