As announced by the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) when it presented its supervisory priorities for 2022, the AMF has launched a campaign of SPOT (Supervision of Operational and Thematic Practices) inspections of the processes for the production, checking, and transmission of regulatory reports to the AMF.
