As announced in its supervisory priorities for 2025, the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) has conducted a series of short thematic inspections (SPOTs) on the telephone conversation recordings that may lead to the provision of an investment service or the conclusion of a transaction, within five asset management companies (AMCs). The inspections covered the period from 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2025.
