2021 report on corporate governance and executive compensation in listed companies

Once again this year, due to the persistence of the health crisis and the resulting changes in regulations, the AMF is reviewing the functioning of the General Assemblies. It then analyzes the information published by listed companies, on the one hand, on the interactions of the board of directors with the general management and shareholders and, on the other hand, on the adjustments to the remuneration of executive officers in times of health crisis. For the second year, the AMF devotes the last part of the report to voting advisors.
