List of CSPs whose authorisation has been withdrawn by the AMF
You will find hereunder the list of crowdfunding service providers whose authorisation has been withdrawn by the AMF.
The AMF may withdraw the authorisation of a CSP (crowdfunding service provider) in the following instances:
- if the CSP has not made use of its authorisation within eighteen months of this being granted;
- at the initiative of the CSP, when it has expressly renounced its authorisation;
- if the CSP has not provided crowdfunding services for nine consecutive months and is no longer involved in the management of existing contracts;
- if the CSP obtained its authorisation by irregular means, in particular by making false declarations;
- if the CSP no longer fulfils the conditions under which its authorisation was granted;
- if the CSP has seriously breached the applicable regulations;
- if the CSP, or persons acting on its behalf, have breached national provisions on anti-money laundering and combatting the financing of terrorism;
- if the CSP or a third party acting on its behalf has had a related authorisation withdrawn (in particular in respect of payment services or investment services) and has not remedied this situation within the given deadline.
In all instances, the decision to withdraw authorisation is notified to the CSP and made public by the competent authority, which updates the list of authorised CSPs.
