List of ICOs that have had their approval withdrawn ("withdrawal list")
If the AMF realises that the ICO proposed to the public no longer complies with the contents of the previously-approved information document or does not provide the specified guarantees, it may withdraw its approval and consequently add the ICO to withdrawal list.
Since the AMF approval is optional, you are reminded that the withdrawal of the approval (whether temporary or permanent) will not result in the suspension of the ongoing ICO which may continue, although without the issuer being able to make reference to the AMF approval.
