The Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) has approved the updated ‘Provisions’ of the AFG Code of Ethics for Third-Party Asset Management and extended these to all investment services providers
The Association Française de la Gestion d’Actifs (French Asset Management Association, AFG) has updated its code of ethics. This revised code of ethics has been approved by the AMF Board, which has decided to extend its application to all investment services providers, including those that are not AFG members.
