Following the publication in March 2017 of the report " For a transparent and effective vote at general meetings in the digital era ", produced by the working group of the AMFs' consultative commission for "Retail investors", which contains 31 proposals to improve the transparency and effectiveness of shareholder voting, the AMF decided to endorse several proposals from this report and to incorporate them, in the form of recommendations, into its guidance. These proposals have thus been added, subject to minor adjustments, to the AMF Recommendation DOC-2012-05 regarding general meetings of shareholders of listed companies.
