Summary
On 23 May 2022, the AMF stated that it complies with ESMA guidelines on scenarios for CCP recovery plans under Article 9(12) of the CCPRRR and ESMA guidelines on indicators for CCP recovery plans under Article 9(5) of the CCPRRR.
