Summary
The AMF applies the European Banking Authority's Guidelines on information requirements in relation to crypto-assets transfers under Regulation (EU) 2023/1113 ("Travel Rule Guidelines"). In particular, these Guidelines specify the information that must accompany crypto-asset transfers, the steps that crypto-asset service providers (CASPs) must follow to identify missing or incomplete information, and the measures to be taken to manage the risk of money laundering or terrorist financing when a crypto-asset transfer does not contain the required information.
