Document
Summary
The AMF applies the European Banking Authority (EBA) Guidelines on internal policies, procedures and controls to ensure implementation of Union and national restrictive measures (the 2024/15 Guidelines). In particular, these guidelines specify the requirements applicable to the internal policies, procedures and controls that CASPs (and DASPs benefiting from the transitional period) are required to put in place in order to ensure the implementation of restrictive measures. In these respects, they supplement the AMF's guidelines on AML/CFT (AMF positions and recommendations DOC-2019-15, 2019-16 and 2019-18), as well as the guide to asset freezing and AMF position-recommendation DOC-2020-07.
