ESMA's guidelines for the criteria on the assessment of knowledge and competence under the markets in crypto assets regulation

This position integrates the guidelines of the European Securities and Markets Authority (“ESMA”) for the criteria on the assessment of knowledge and competence under the MiCA Regulation (the “Guidelines”).

The Guidelines are applicable as of July 28^th 2026.
