Public Procurement
As an independent public authority, the AMF is subject to Order 2005-649 of 6 June 2005 on contracts concluded with certain public or private entities that do not fall into the scope of the Public Procurement Code, and by the associated Implementing Decree 2005-1742 of 30 December 2005, as amended.
Depending on the value and nature of the contracts it concludes, the AMF publishes calls for tender in the Bulletin Officiel des Marchés Publics, the Official Journal of the European Union and on achatpublic.com.
Prospective tenderers can research the current bidding procedures in the Salle des marchés section of the French public procurement website, achatpublic.com.
Once they have set up an account, tenderers are assigned a user ID and a login password to access the area where the AMF publishes its calls for tender.
The area contains all current public procurement notices, and tenderers can download the related documents. In some cases, they can apply and post their bids electronically.
