Public Procurement

As an independent public authority, the AMF is submitted to the Public Procurement Code created in 2018. For all its purchases upper to 40 000 euros, the AMF must respect awarding process as provided by the Code.

According to the amount and the nature of the public procurement, the AMF notices a competitive public tender, published in the Official Journal of the European Union (JOUE), the BOAMP and directly on the website achatpublic.com.

Since 2018, tenders process are exclusively dematerialized. Economic operators interested by the tenders are free to consult tenders process ongoing on the « salle des marchés » of the website achatpublic.com. They can find all the competitive public tenders published by the AMF, and could download the tender file. Then, if they want to participate to the tender as bidders, they must answer, by electronic way.

For any question about our public procurement, contact the legal department of the Administrative and Financial Department at the following number: +33 1 5345 6000.

In accordance with the Law for a Digital Republic (loi pour une République Numérique) of October 2016 and the implemented decree issued in May 2017, the AMF collects and publishes on its website the "essential data" relating to grant agreements whose amount is upper to 23,000 euros.
