As an investment firm, FINARY SAS has also been authorized by the ACPR, on the assent of the AMF, to provide the service of custody and administration of crypto-assets on behalf of clients and the service of reception and transmission of orders for crypto-assets on behalf of clients, under the notification procedure set out in Article 60 of the same regulation.
