As an investment firm, SG Forge has been on 23/10/2025 authorized by the ACPR, on the assent of the AMF, to provide custody and administration of crypto-assets on behalf of clients under the notification procedure set out in Article 60 of European Regulation 2023/1114 on markets in crypto-assets (MiCA Regulation). SG Forge has also been authorized by the AMF to provide transfer services for crypto-assets on behalf of clients under the authorization procedure set out in Article 63 of the same regulation. The authorization was extended on 24/02/2026 to the service of execution of orders for crypto-assets on behalf of clients under the authorization procedure set out in Article 60.
