Article 422-221
In order to sell shares publicly, real estate or forestry investment companies may use any form of announcement, provided that the following is specified:
The number of the Bulletin des annonces légales obligatoires (statutory legal announcements bulletin) in which the announcement is published;
The name of the real estate or forestry investment company;
The existence of the currently valid offer document authorised by AMF, the date thereof, the approval number and where it may be obtained free of charge.
