Article 425-7
The criteria and conditions referred to in 1° of Article 212-17 may also be presented in the prospectus in the following form:
A range for the nominal rate and the subscription price;
A yield spread or a range of yield spreads against a specified market benchmark for the yield to maturity. Barring special circumstances in the market, spreads for the yield to maturity must not exceed 10 basis points.
