Article 560-4
The operator of a securities settlement system shall establish supervision of:
The performance of its duties defined in Article 560-1;
Compliance with the security settlement system's operating rules approved by the AMF pursuant to Article 560-2;
Application of Articles 560-12 to 560-14.
For this purpose, it shall appoint a person to be in charge of this supervision.
