This consultation document examines the possibility of allowing investment funds to grant loans. It contains guidelines on how to regulate management companies (organisation, resources, expertise, etc.), funds (types of funds allowed, limitation of the activity of these funds, etc.) and the loans themselves (quality of beneficiaries, term of the loan, etc.).
